Dortek

The Dortek door system is manufactured with fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), which is an extremely tough, clean and water-resistant material ideal for cleanroom environments. Using a unique closed-mold process, each door is manufactured with no seams or joints, and no holes or crevices inside. Molding the color into the door means the doors will never require repainting or refinishing. Each Dortek door ships complete from the factory with all of the necessary hardware required to mount the door.

The hygienic hinged door is designed for use in non-fire rated areas.

The one-piece encapsulation makes the door 100% waterproof.
Available as single or pairs, and single or double swing.

Hygienic Hinged Fire Doors

The hygienic hinged fire door is designed for use where fire safety is a requirement.
Tested for fire resistance to UL10-C standards, these doors offer between 30 minutes and 240 minutes of fire resistance.
The hinged fire doors have a concealed intumescent strip. The concealed intumescent strip reduces the surface area on which bacteria can gather. The intumescent strip is activated under heat; the strip will break through the surface of the door to create a fire seal.
The one-piece encapsulation makes these doors 100% waterproof.
The doors can be outfitted with a variety of automated activation devices from basic push button to fully integrated Building Management System.
Available in 20 colors in standard sizes ranging from 3 feet x 7 feet to 4 feet x 8 feet.

Hygienic Sliding Doors

The sliding hygienic door has been designed for non-fire rated areas.
The major advantages for using a sliding door is it increases the size of the door opening. This allows for wider access, takes up less valuable space and creates less air disturbance when operated.
Flexible and durable design means that these doors can stand up to operational traffic and routine wash-downs.
The doors can be outfitted with a variety of automated activation devices from basic push button to fully integrated Building Management System.
Available as single or bi-parting doors.

Hygienic Sliding Fire Doors

The sliding hygienic fire door has been designed for use where fire safety is a major concern.
Tested for fire resistance to UL10-C standards, these doors offer between 30 minutes and 120 minutes of fire resistance.
The fire doors have a concealed intumescent strip. The concealed intumescent strip reduces the surface area on which bacteria can gather. The intumescent strip is activated under heat; the strip will break through the surface of the door to create a fire seal.
The one-piece encapsulation makes the door 100% waterproof.

Hermetically Sealing Sliding Doors

The hygienic hermetic sealing sliding doors are specified in areas where controlling differential pressure is critical.
A unique rail system allows the door to seal against the floor and wall at the very end of the closing cycle, giving reliable performance and minimum wear to the door seals.
Air leakage has been tested independently – 99% air-tight seal keeps the overpressure up to 100 Pa pressure without leakage.

Hermetically Sealing Sliding Glass Doors

The hermetically sealing sliding glass doors are specified in areas where control of air leakage and visibility is essential.

Fully glazed with two sheets of 6mm toughened glass framed in an anodized aluminum profile.
Available as a single sliding or double leaf bi-parting.

Dynaco D-313 Cleanroom Door

Certified to ISO 6, Class 1000.
The patented Low-Friction (LF) technology, combined with a frequency-inverter-driven motor, assures a smooth operation.
With operating speeds of 10-feet-per-second opening and 2-feet-per-second closing, the door provides maximum containment and separation.
The perfect sealing properties provide environmental control and protect your installations against drafts, dust, airborne particles, humidity and high or low temperatures.
Designed for inside use; it requires limited floor space (<3” clearance per side) and is ideal for interlocks.
With no exposed fasteners, hard edges make cleaning quick and easy.

Nergeco Cleanroom High-Speed Roll-Up Doors

Nergeco’s safe, high-speed flexible doors combine pressure resistance, full access for cleaning and a minimum opening time to reduce sanitary risks while enhancing sealing and asepsis. Developed in accordance with the rigorous constraints of pharmaceutical environments and the most corrosive atmospheres, the materials used for the frames and mechanisms of the high-speed flexible doors are made from multi-composite materials. The patented Intelligent curtain design provides a PVC door that allows “just in time” opening cycle.

Nergeco R Lab 5 Cleanroom Door:

The use of multi-composite structure significantly increases resistance to tearing, twisting and denting relative to weld-fabricated solutions. The material is smooth and wear-resistant, without the paint or crevices inherent in welded structures. The open, rounded shape is fully accessible for cleaning. Lastly, the multi-composite material is extremely corrosion-resistant, making it fully compliant with the requirements of clean environments.
Fully built in to the frame, the Nergeco Intelligent Curtain increases insulation and sealing without a complicated system trapping it in its slides.
The Intelligent Curtain opens at the last moment without friction (opening in up to 48 inches/second) and without posing a risk if touched. It then closes again at the same speed (twice as fast as traditional doors) without endangering users or packages. This reduces accidents and production stoppages. Also, by reducing the time it is open, it lowers energy consumption and the risks of airborne contamination by as much as 32% on each cycle.
If touched while a vehicle or individual is passing through, the Intelligent Curtain moves with the vehicle or individual horizontally without the least resistance; it directly registers this abnormal distortion and immediately retracts by itself above the obstacle. The Curtain re-inserts itself in its slides at the next cycle without any action needing to be taken if dislodged by a vehicle.
